  • Disassociation from Reality – You might suddenly start to feel as though this isn’t your life, or that you have no control over it. You start to feel as though this is a dream and you will wake up soon, only you don’t as it’s real.

  • Fear of Dying – This one comes about because of all the other symptoms combined it can make it seem like you are dying with all of these different feelings and thoughts.
